[RESOLVED]: MyAccessID Login Temporarily Unavailable

MyAccessID provider GÉANT has informed that MyAccessID service is reachable and fully operational again. Availability of all affected LUMI services is restored.

We’re currently experiencing an interruption with MyAccessID login due to an error on the service provider GEANT end. Our team is aware of the issue and is in communication with the provider as they work on a fix.
Important information:
  • Affected services:
    • Puhuri self-service portals
    • LUMI web interface lumi.csc.fi
    • LUMI-O credentials management service auth.lumidata.eu for user authentication with MyAccessID
  • The LUMI cluster terminal access remains fully available and operational
  • We are waiting for GEANT to implement a solution
  • No action is required from your side
