[Resolved] Incorrect state of LUMI storage allocations

The issue has been identified and is now fixed.

While the LUMI resources usage is supposed to be updated once an hour, the database has not been refreshed recently. All LUMI projects are potentially affected by this problem and may not provide the correct state of their storage allocation. CSC is currently investigating and fixing the issue.
