Reduced computational capacity causing longer queuing times

Due to a failure of one of the LUMI power supplies, 25% of the compute nodes are currently down.
This affects both LUMI-G as well as LUMI-C nodes, leading to increased job queue times.
Our team is actively working to resolve this problem, and we anticipate full restoration by mid-November.
