[Resolved] Filesystem problem (lustrep3)

The issue with the filesystem is now fixed. Please let the LUMI User Support Team know if you still encounter any unusual behavior with the file system.

The issue is now partly fixed, as users and projects located on lustrep3 should now have access to their files.

We are still working with the underlying issue, and there will be some noticeable slowness today until it is fixed.

We will continue keeping you updated and will let you know once the issue is fixed.

We are currently experiencing a problem with one of the Lustre parallel filesystem (lustrep3).

The login node uan-02 is currently inaccessible.

Also the project and user directories located on the lustrep3 filesystem are currently inaccessible. Additionally, the LUMI web interface may report a 502 error.

You can temporarily connect directly to the other login nodes than uan-02 with ssh’ing to | X=1,3,4

You can use the lumi-ldap-projectinfo and lumi-ldap-userinfo commands to determine if you project/scratch or home directory is located on the impacted filesystem.

We are actively working to resolve the issue and will keep you informed of any new development.
