[Resolved] LUMI web interface accessibility and slurm

The LUMI web interface should be now fully functional again.

The current Lustre issues also affect accessing the LUMI web interface. The file system slowness fluctuates, but will periodically causes 502 errors in the web interface.

Since Tuesday 10th February evening, Slurm has not been functional in the LUMI web interface, due to maintenance on the system.
