[Resolved] Issue with LUMI user support contact forms

There was an issue that prevented sending help requests via the LUMI user support contact forms in https://lumi-supercomputer.eu/user-support/need-help/ that started on Wednesday 11 March around 14 CET, and was resolved today on Thursday 12 March at 14:15 CET.

This issue was caused by a bug that occurred with a website update. The issue is now resolved and the contact forms should function normally. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.
